FAIZ Information Technology Consultants LLC provides website development, mobile application development, API integration, and custom software solutions. All projects are governed by individual project agreements.
A 50% deposit is required before project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery. All prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered work product. FAIZ IT retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at AED 150-500/hour depending on complexity.
FAIZ IT's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai jurisdiction). Any disputes shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts.
